I have been managing projects in the Arts and Culture industry for over 20 years. I decided around year 18 that there was something more than just managing projects to it, so I put back on the Theater Historian Cap from my masters program and did some research. So, I am now a PMI certified PMP and doing the same things I did before but with an entire Project Management Book of Knowledge and other resources to keep true to the best way to move a project forward.
