What does a Project Manager DO?

I get asked this all the time. Short Answer: Manage Projects. Well, that is a really BIG answer in two words.

I have been managing projects in the Arts and Culture industry for over 20 years. I decided around year 18 that there was something more than just managing projects to it, so I put back on the Theater Historian Cap from my masters program and did some research. This is where I learned about Project Management Institute and the Project Management Professional Certification. I was hooked. So, I am now a PMI certified PMP and doing the same things I did before but with an entire Project Management Book of Knowledge and other resources to keep true to the best way to move a project forward. I also have Professional Development requirements to keep my certification up to date so there are always new techniques and processes to learn.

So, if you are needing to Move Fast and Change Frequently, I can help you with a few quick tips on how to: Manage Time, Focus Scope, Cost Control, and Facilitate Communication. Just let me know: https://mfcfmanagement.com/contact/

So, let's see if we can change your Project management change from this:
